A final build is what they print on the cds as the final product. The final build wont be ready until probably weeks before the release. B.) THIS ISN'T IN 1080p! This is a flash movie! You could say the same about any of the official trailers, but if you download them in HD (like on Xbox live) they look great. You're being too quick to nitpick on the game, and you're going to prevent yourself from enjoying it fully when the game finally does get released. Not only is that dodgy res, but that image with the supposed dodgy shadow that has been circled is actually not a shadow of that old bitch getting the elbow in the kidney. Its a shadow of a part of the building behind the view-point. Notice the identical shadow to Niko's right. Thats right, suck my balls. (If you were actually circling the pavement, which on a second view seems more plausible, then I withdraw my testicles completely and apologize) I admit I wasn't too impressed with the graphics in the Steinway video, although I thought it was hilarious. I still think that every aspect of this game will be like injecting heroin into your eyeballs. The sheer gravity of this game will completely dwarf such insignificant bullsh*t. thank you. They don't have that much time, because they have to burn it on to kazillions of CD's (DVD, BluRay, whatever), they have to get it to the shops and start marketing the game. You're one of those graphic babies huh? San andreas had bad graphics and it's awesome!!! GTA IV is gonna be awesome even with the "bad textures"...remember this is a whole city that is compleatly open so the graphics aren't going to be amazing...personally I love how the game looks. I knew that SA wasn't gonna be as good as in the trailers, remember the see-thru-windows? They weren't in SA, much like other things. But, I'm sure this game will be great anyway.
