SCLASS Posted February 9, 2008 Share Posted February 9, 2008 Just having a look round the site, the Majestic hotel is shown as 3/4 of the way up Alocquin...and in the pic shows the hotel with the empire state in the background which is fairly near the tip of aloquin....doesnt seem particularly far away ! Im a huge fcuking fan , so I am not bashing, just an observation....i find it hard to believe that this game is 3 by 3 miles in size ( or about 3/4 size of SA ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

SCLASS Posted February 9, 2008 Author Share Posted February 9, 2008 yeah, sorry to keep changin my mind, but yeah , i thinki was right, see the really tall scraper near the front, thats the empirestate...looking back from majestic hotel does not look that far, bare in mind what VC looked like from one end of island to downtown at end. I'm a New Yorker and it's extremely wierd to see the Empire State Building near Downtown. It's also dissapointing on how ackwardly shaped Broker is compared to real life Brooklyn. But after seeing some new screenshots, especially todays, i forgot all about it. The city looks densley populated, and it looks like its going to have a large amount of interiors. So i'm sure you'll be happy in the end. I mean there's so many pedestrians and cars on the streets, and it looks like Rockstar is definitley going to accomplish the feel of New York City in this game.
