His location is Vice City. There look to be palm trees, in the red circles. Vice City had palm trees. Ergo, this picture could possibly be of a modern day Vice City. Well i don't see any good connection between a palm tree and the presence of VC.It doesn't make sense enough.I'd like to see that turns out true,though. By the way,the website is slow for me as well and i couldn't get to see that love meet section as yet. It's true, palm trees do not necessarily mean that Vice City is in this game. In fact, it is more than likely that it, in any way, shape or form, is not. But it was just an idea, and as the guy said he was from that area I thought that the trees were rather interesting.
