angryjessman Posted February 8, 2008 Share Posted February 8, 2008 Can someone please link me up with the best programs to use for a beginner to mod GTA3, i know there is a Sticky thread saying what programs to use but im not sure which ones apply to ALL GTA games and what ones are specifically are for SA or VC can someone recommend me whats the best? i do wanna start modding in ALL areas, cars, weapons, environment, textures, models etc; etc; Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
