I've seen this screenshot a lot, because there was a topic talking about how the guy in the yellow jacket is running TOWARDS where the cop is aiming. Very old. It was posted by Rockstar themselves on their official site, and removed after a few hours. Anyway, R* released the screen, everyone said it looked like crap (and i said Niko looks half-retarded) and R* subsiquently pulled it from their sight. Thats why its not there.
