Mini Button Link Request

Title: Hey, i am looking for a mini button link for my fansite GTAIVLIFE

Description: It is for an affiliate link thing you know the little buttons on webpages.

 

Layout: i would like the text to move (rotate or something i'll let you decide) I would ideally like the words GTA AND LIFE in one font maybe the official gta font, and then instead of writing IV use this pic

. So it says GTA (pic) LIFE

 

IT MUST BE EXACTLY 88x31 pixels.
