I think its called regression tape or something. You should try it even if it donsn´t work its very relaxing. Regression Mp3 I just listened for 5 minutes or something then i watched the African cup.. What I found, personally, is that the strong effect is simply deep meditation - incredibly relaxing, but no insight into my past life as James Dean.
