That is only somewhat 30% of the game not all of it. So i was thinking wouldn't it be preety damn cool haveing to own a pitbull or a dog in your apartment or safe house. Ive seen this screenshot http://media.gtanet.com/images/3488_gta_iv_niko_armed.jpg if u zoom in to the top left u can see its says *Puppies* *Tropical Fish* *exotic birds*....maybe that could be where you can get the pets IMO.
