(Brain fart, can't think of what it's called.) But the hood of the car is defininetly modded IF they are the same models which they look like they are. But seriously you need to explain yourself better, if you are talking about the two cars in the top pic, then yes they do look similar. BUT this does NOT prove anything, it makes it likely yes.
