NinjaJones
I don't know. But do you guys think we will be able to push cars like in the previous games? I hope so. I didn't like that you couldn't do it in saints row. What do you all think? Sorry, but this was not worth it's own topic, so I asked it here. i hope you cant push them because thats just so unrealistic, bikes yea but cars no especially fire engines lol pretty much anybody can push a car with the handbrake on maybe if you exit while holding R1 you can't push it. in previous GTA's you could push it because it had no handbrake on . Hence why they rolled down hills. I agree though the firetrucks were stupid. Im meant pushing them from the side People keep not realizing that you mean FROM THE SIDE! I agree I didn't like that either...it does come in handy when I get my car stuck though...
Magic_Al
I can think of times when it was necessary to push cars to avoid being trapped somewhere you couldn't walk or jump out of. If Niko can't push cars sideways maybe being more able to climb will make it harder for him to get trapped. I think the most likely things to be unfixed will be low framerates in certain situations (hopefully very rare), a few mixed-up texture placements and misspelled signs, and one mission where Niko spills coffee on his crotch and the sound gets stuck so Niko yells, "Ow! My crotch! Roman get" in a loop for the rest of the 100 hours of gameplay. Oh, and also the PS3 version will have a slight bug that won't allow gameplay when the console is turned on. Just kidding about that last one.
FallenSegal
I'm sure the draw distance will be vastly improved, but my biggest hatred about SA was when I was flying a plane (or in IV's case, a helicopter) low to the ground in the country side and my plane would magically blow up by hitting a tree that hasn't spawned yet. (not sure if "spawning" is correct term)

DarkOzzy1
Hopefully what they mean will happen is the cops will come, but not just chase you exclusively, but also start arresting and chasing the Triads in this case. I would love it if for example you kill one or two of them after a fierce five-minute gun battle, then the police come. You hide you gun and hide in some corner while they start engaging the triads - payback for all the times in previous GTA's where they only come after you in a gunfight with gangsters. That would be cool!

Jimmarn
One problem that won't be fixed is people will still find any little problems to complain about. amen Allthough i hope they release Patches if there is something that need's to be fixed... RONIN1191
I got you, Fender. Whom do you know personally that can push a two-ton vehicle UNAIDED (car or small SUV) from the side out into the street? For most of us, the answer's going to be- NO ONE. Cars should have weight in a game, just like the main character. I also don't want to see body parts blow by like tumbleweeds. But you know what? If thats all I have to complain about- I'm gonna be a happy camper. Each of the GTA games has had its quirks as another put it; but it never was a game breaker and as such, I could always deal with it. I expect more of the same so if its actually better- as excited as I am now, I just might blow a preemie load THEN. lol
BrokerZoo
I agree, I always hated pop up trees and buildings in SA. I think I read that you can see buildings that are 10 blocks away in IV and the pop up was minimal. and I doubt that you'll be able to push cars. That just sounds like one of the things they would fix. It added to the cartoony hilarity of the other games but I don't think its what they're going for in this one I just hope that the peds have ALOT of sh*t to say. I got really tired of them saying the same things over and over again in SA "Traffic's backed up from LS to San Fierro!"
chrisisking
Without a doubt there will be one building that we can't enter that we so much want to such as the greasy chopper from VC
mc420
I think it will have times when like no ones on the street and sh*t. That happened to me on SA but mostly in like the suburbs of LV
lloydo
I know they were funny at times, but if GTA IV is going to be realistic, why would peds shout out random idiotic things? like GTA3 "Give me a donut, i'm hungry!" I say they will be more reailistic, like 'TAXI!' or someone pissed off Hopefully that because the city is small, but with loads of interiors, they will not be the same most of the time like SA, with nobody in them... phs1234
How are we susposed to know what wont be fixed if we dont know what was broken in the first place? I'm just thinking of quirks or gameplay that you felt was poor in the III version and how R* will react to it all. For example, you could be driving along in IV and then run into a familiar glitch that helps you to remember its not a completely different game from III. Don Garcia aka NjNakedSnake
Well, I always saw the magically appearing weapons as a weakness, so there's that right there. Besides that, maybe some choppy draw-distance.
Ragered
good thing about it being on nextgen consoles is updates can be relesed for bugs and glitches if u have internet acsess
chungmikeGTa
Lol thses are personal dislikes of mine, but most you will actually think they a good thing. I'm not too sure about all those people you kill - it's just getting ridiculous now that in every mission outing you single-handedly dispose of 20 gangsters - even if you are an ex-Baltic military Black Op. It gives no value to human life. I mean I understand it is just a game for fun, but I guess I'm the kind of person who prefers being moved by guilt rather than just mowing down a Triad crowd like ants, but thats just me. Second, I hate how they implied you wont be getting wanted levels for shootouts during missions. I much prefer a bigger infusion of missions and free-roaming where missions don't have any specialities - especially with something as important as wanted levels - over normal free-raoming. Hopefully what they mean will happen is the cops will come, but not just chase you exclusively, but also start arresting and chasing the Triads in this case. I would love it if for example you kill one or two of them after a fierce five-minute gun battle, then the police come. You hide you gun and hide in some corner while they start engaging the triads - payback for all the times in previous GTA's where they only come after you in a gunfight with gangsters. actually now its harder to killpeople cause they hide and take cover also they literally shoot down any cover you happen to be in. gamefarter
Hopefully there is no "Mad Dogg" type glitches (gamebreaker). Also garages eating your vehicles. There were also times in SA when shooting down at someone while you were both on a flight of stairs that the bullets would not hit them, making you re-lock onto them, from a different angle.
