Freedom360 Posted February 6, 2008 Share Posted February 6, 2008 The glass in the new screen shot look amazing. But there has to be more features then what there telling us. We know that. But so far we know we can... 1.) Break out the car window to unlock the door 2.) Break out the car window when driving to shoot out. But looking at the screen shot, your in the car already and I THINK that the guy outside of the car broke it out. Does this mean that if a ped. gets mad at you they will attack you/ your car. Maybe peds. could also throw things at your car, and create damage. Do you guys have any other ideas about the glass effects? They clearly state that he a) smashes the window in, b) gets in the car and c) starts the engine. That could be as much as three buttons - when jacking a car, that is. Same goes for the pic of niko(?) swinging from the side of that truck, I reckon these are either cutscenes, or one of those things that only happens in like one mission, such as officer Tenpenny swinging from the fire truck ladder in the final mission of San An. I wasn't saying he wouldn't have to start the engine. I think he will just not until you hold the accelerator button for like a fraction of a second (like the new burnout), whereas in past GTA games (as I'm sure you are aware) as soon as you entered the car, the engine would start. EDIT: But, yes you are right we are just pawing over every detail, because we are sooooo obsessed with this game lol. It's probably not good for our health but who cares lol. At some point, maybe in this game, we will break the window, pull them out and shoot them in the head execution style. I'm not sure if I should like that or not....but I do That happens in saints row when you jack a car with a gun equipped, bit harsh IMO.
