In the new pic, that ped behind Niko doesnt seem to concerned about a man walking around with an assault rifle.. I'm hoping the AI was just deactivated for that shot. No, i doubt the AI was deactivated. Perhaps Niko drew his weapon out a second before the shot was taken. I think the ped has other things on his mind other than concentrating on Niko.
