...Was the first thing I thought when I heard what had happened in my hometown on the Saturday night just passed.

 

Sunday morning arrived, and I was woken by a voice on the phone. That voice was my mum, who at the time was speaking to my dad, who was working away down in London. She told him that when she went shopping in the morning she noticed about 20 people outside the Co-op, all dressed in black suits. Initially she thought a funeral was taking place, then she realised what day it was, and thought it must be something else.

 

So, when she was paying for her food at the till, she asked the till assistant what all those people were doing outside, and the assistant told her that they were from the C.I.D (some sort of crime scene investigation team), and they were investigating a crime which occured Saturday night, and that a death had also occured.

 

Since that point we heard nothing for the remainder of the day until we drove by the crime scene, which was blocked off by police lines and consumed by policemen and women, aswell as C.I.D's. At this point we definitely knew something of a serious proportion had happened.

 

About 20 minutes after that I received a phone call from a distant friend, who I hadn't spoken to since school. I initially thought that he'd rung the wrong number, but that was not the case. He asked me if I knew somebody called *Blankety Blank* because he had the same second name as me, he figured we'd be related. Thankfully I didn't know the guy and he wasn't a relation. This was increasingly relieving because he was a victim of an attack, and had died in the early hours of the morning at Sheffield hospital.

 

My mate also gave me two other names of victims from the crime, one was in intensive care with a life support machine connected to him, and the other had minor injuries. One name seemed familiar to me so I asked my mum who it was, turns out the guy who is in intensive care is my cousin's girlfriend's dad, who I knew pretty well.

 

Curious regarding how this happened and who could've done something of this atrosity, I asked my mate if he knew anything about the attack. And he replied saying that all he knows, is that the victims were on the wrong end of a knife attack, and that's it.

 

I'll be sure to update this if I hear anything more on the situation, as I'm sure it will be in my local paper this Wednesday.

 

As you can imagine, all of this came as a massive shock to me, and I assume to the inhabitants of the town aswell. Jeez, something like this hasn't happened in... well over three weeks now, it's become practically unheard of as of late.

Ok, that's enough about me dissing my hometown, you really would be here all year reading what I'd put if I carried on.

 

What I want to know is, has anything crazy or similar to my situation ever occured in your hometown, or perhaps something completely different, which really lowered your town as a whole? Gang wars? murders? stuff like that.

Crystal meth is a prominent source of negativity, people kill for it, die for it, and kill over it. Yeah and Clearlake sucks. Gang wars between Surenos and Nortenos.

 

Lake County california is f*cked up.

 

People are f*cked up. Im in a rather down mood, sleep deprived and I just watched No Country For Old Men.

 

 

Yes it sucks more when everything is connected. Like in your case of the same last name and the cousin relation. I know a dude who was one of my best friends bro. He got stabbed by some gang who thought he was affilated with their rival gang. Its a shock when things hit so close to home persay.

it was Summer of 2003 i guess, A riot handled in Arena just near our home for nothing, for about three times. i think it was Anti-Government but not the Breaking Liberty, for Banning opium and Free selling Alcoholic Liquors(banning Public Selling of Drink is very f*cking sad, but when you can buy it Illegal even easier than public, what's the problem?)

In first night, Cops just stand and watch. in second one, ther used tear gas, and for third, they did Fired just three bullets and that f*cking people scared. there was some riots in other cities, that i they used more violence and cops did too.

It's sad. they could f*ck the Prez and Gov. now what? people waiting for evenAfghanistan to free them from an illegal and terrorist and sh*tty and Freaky and f*cking and fascist and and racist( I like this one) Government.

My area has got worse now than it used to be. Recently a man was killed around the corner in a hit and run and the number of stabbings has risen dramatically. A close friend of mine was stabbed a couple of weeks ago for instance. Most of it is attempted muggngs though. But last week a boy at my college was slashed during school time by a gang of arseholes because they had had a ruck at a party a few weekends ago. Its all pretty petty and stupid to be honest

Anywho, the only gangs in my home town roll around with BB guns and tag stop signs with spraypaint, donning their newly applied 315 tattoos(my area code) which they applied with a pin and ink from a pen. There are an incredibly high number of suicides ever year though, in proportion to the towns population, that is. OH, but there was this one time that a dump truck (the town dump is the highest point in my county and all surrounding counties, nice, no? haha) T-boned another dump truck, and they both flipped over in the middle of the downtown area, litterally filling the streets with trash. this degraded my towns reputation with other towns because how the f*ck does that honestly happen? haha. I realize that this doesnt even begin to touch the severity of your situations, but that's what i get for living in upstate ny haha.

my family lives in hermosillo

the north part of the country

and in this part there is a lot of narcos (drugdealers)

actually one of my neighbors is supposed to be one

he has 4 cars which he changes every month or so, and he has several bodyguards

who stay outside the house all the time

 

oh well, back to topic

once when i went to hermosillo

there was this cop killing thing

they say that 10 car convoy entered the city and they were going to take it over

they brutally killed the high ranked cops

one got his head cut off and a note sticked to his chest in which were the names of several cops

that happened near my parents house

 

the thing that was most shocking was once i was coming out of the gym and i saw 3 black cars in a row with guys inside

they were parked outside a hospital where a cop was staying

i got really scared and got the sh*t out of there

 

it was sad seeing that the cops had to shave their heads and wear facemasks cuz they didnt wanted to get recognized, they also started using bulletproof vests and ak47

always, even when they were going to give a speeding ticket

 

but well, there were some shootouts and finally the army had to come and they captured some sicarios (hitman)

that lasted like a month (cop killings)

He had a nickname, which I always called him by, but I noticed his surname was the same as my cousin's girlfriends, and similar to his nickname, so checked with my mum.

True sh*t. An acquaintance of mines father, before he died, told a story about how he killed a snitch, then cut up the body and went around the lake throwing pieces out here and there. The dude used to run a underground cocaine casino to supposedly and was a big member of the Hells Angels. His son is now in a california prison for selling rocks and trying to strangle his mother with a telephone cord when she tried to call the cops on him for selling drugs. Alot of f*cked up white trash around these hur' parts.

 

The past couple years Ive heard of parts of people or whole bloated bodies washing up around the shore. I wonder what would be found if the lake was ever drained/evaporated.

The guy then drove his van off a dock, with the rope still around his neck, and was decapitated. This was in th epaper and happened next to the local skatepark I used to skate at often.

Anyway, the local paper has just slipped through my letterbox, and the story is on the front page, with a picture of the crime scene. However, I had heard wrong about the incident, turns out only two people were injured, one with major injuries and the other with minor facial injuries.

 

The one major is still believed to be in Sheffield hospital clinging to life. And the paper reported that the weapon of crime, a knife, was supossedly blunt prior to the attack.
