Kainc
Ok, it's me again I made an object with Sketchup - Gmax and tried to import it with "USING SKETCHUP TO MODEL FOR GTA SAN ANDREAS" (pdf) guide. As I start the DFF exporting, I need to copy some text about the object (pressing F11 in Gmax gives the script what I need to copy) and paste it into a new text file (object's name.txt). Then I'm guided to use T2B.exe from Gmax\scripts\GTA_Tools and use command-line "Gmax\scripts\GTA_Tools\T2B.exe" objname.txt objname.dff - for converting. But as run the program I'll get this error: My object (script) is named factory.txt and it's in D:\TEMP\3D as well as T2B.exe with a shortcut T2B.exe with the following command: (it's in Finnish but I guess you'll figure out what those words mean) I tried to put those " " for target (Kohde:) path but it didn't help... neither did removing that txt file into "Gmax\scripts\GTA_Tools" and running the (shortcut) program there. what should I do to make that T2B to export my factory.txt into factory.dff without errors? Kainc
Awww sh*te... problem solved. I copied also the first and last line when I was supposed to copy everything between them... sorry mates, really, another useless post... but if it helps others, then fine OK, another problem! When I have done the Set Surface and Create Boundings, as well as named the collision as "factory", I try to save .col file. The problem is, when I press save as and type factory(.col), the following box appears and no .col file is created: I've tried everything but this message keeps appearing...
