ok completed it yesterdays, ok i used a few cheats, in my mind it just makes it quicker, i will try again without them but i gota say it is a disappointment, specially compared to vice city, u know ur getting somewhere taking over from drug lords, gangsters, u take over a sick mansion, have bodyguards round it, obviously the story line had to be different but i thought it would really lead somewhere big, i thought i had at least 25% more of the game to go, obviously theres still things to do, but i expected soo much more, am i the only one? the end of line mission was hard and i needed help with freefall because my laptop was too slow, but wat now.................

i took over all territories before i fled so was bit boring doing it again!

wat else, girlfriends seemed cool at first but its sam ol sam ol, some missions seemed pointless, maybe even stupid, i think they cud of done better, it was bigger so should of been much better!

ok, am i getting kicked off now? lol

SA is much bigger than VC and there are a lot many things to do. Have you got to 100%? I think not.

Besides, I simply hated the way VC ended. The last mission was the most stupid of 'em all. I expected it to be a li'l better and interesting than just killing people. Reminded me of Manhunt.

Get out of this forum, if you don't like the game!

Besides, it has infinitum of possibilities to do! (well... i think so) Like driving a train, crossing the countryside, taking cops to top of Mount Chiliad, or just messing around.

And, there is pretty much of stuff to do, when you're going to 100%.

i agree obviously more left to do, m not stoping playing it, i havnt really gone to war with coppers etc.......... or appentted side missions, or most of them as i wanted to finish the game see how the story goes, like watching a film, but it was a sh*t fime, started off nicely but ended up a bit too early, VC was good, u get somewhere in that, start to run things, take over businesses, get to the top, and i liked the scarface style ending, altho that game was over quite quick as well, i did this in less than 2 weeks.

SA is more like being the middle man and things staying that way as oppose to VC was about being the top guy! its like if tony mantana worked for the drug lord but neva killed him and took over would it of been such a good film?

im here because i like the whole gta thing, im a fan!

guess now its time to start side missions etc modding, trying out cheats, etc.................

cars could of been bit better and faster, got a few nice ones tho, so anyone know of good mods?

whats the best to start with now?

Yeah, the ending was a bit to early, it would be nice if there were like 3 or 4 more mission before the final one, but who cares, It's a great game !

There were many missions to deal with right from the start of the game and I felt that the ending was apt. It couldn't have come at a better time.

Besides, III and SA have the best storyline so far.

If you've completed all the missions to End of the Line then you've still only discovered a part of it. There's a lot more in there biggrin.gif

Have you done all the race challenges, the BMX and NRG challenge, the triathlons?

Did you rob the casino? You don't have to do that to get to End of the Line.

Did you do all the tags, oysters, photos, horseshoes, unique jumps?

Have you got to all golds in all the schools?

Did you do all the side missions like Vigilante, Paramedic, Firefighter, Taxi Driver, Pimping, Freight train, Burglary, Import/export, Trucking, Quarry?

What was your final percentage score? The next thing is to get that to 100%

Some missions do seem pointless and don't stand too much logical scrutiny. I'm especially thinking of Cop Wheels tounge.gif

Well, it's a part of the Casino Heist missions and police bikes were necessary. So, R* had to fit that one in, right?

Yes, but if you wanted to steal some police bikes, the way it's done in that mission seems to be the silliest way possible.

Why not just steal them & drive them to a garage?

Wouldn't the police get suspicious if someone was stealing their bikes and there was a big transporter with an increasing number of their bikes on board, in open view, circling the city?

As I said, doesn't stand too much logical scrutiny biggrin.gif

ok last i checked i was at like 64% and yeh ive done the casino heist, that was quite good, like oceans 11, no i havnt done the school challenges, i got gold in most cars school challenges and obviously completed the flying school.

Like i said got a lot of side misisons, i just wanted to get threw the game, took over all territories, so i nearly done that again for the 2nd time.

im not against the game just thought, CJ would make it all the way to th etop, mad dogg would have a few missions for him before making it big, have a few missions running the casino, maybe buy more, at the end thay talk like u have it all, there could of been another chatpter, 10 20 more missions, before the endo of the line and also could of let tenpenny get away or go to a hideout before killing him!

ok what about mods? most of the other challenges are the schools yes?

oh yes and does completing to end of the line give any unlockables?

Schools play a small role. Have you completed the export/import missions? They're a nice way to waste away your time.

oh yes and does completing to end of the line give any unlockables?

Yes, satisfaction of killing Tenpenny.

The Hydra and Rhino will spawn at CJ's house on 100% completion.

San Andreas had the worst story (Green Goo, anyone...?) but the most - and best - things to do once you completed it.

Vice City had a good storyline but not much else.

GTA III had the best storyline and the best city.

Yes. The Hydra and Rhino will spawn at CJ's house.

That spawns when you reach 100%

Truth's missions should never have been part of the storyline. They had an altogether different base.

Yes, they were unbelievable, but interesting nonetheless.

Doesn't that count as cheating? biggrin.gif

The other schools can be harder, but equally fun and they let you learn how to do some useful tricks that will help you in the rest of the game

import export?

At the crane near the NRG challenge where you cracked open the crates with Cesar. You have to find various vehicles for export (like in GTA III & GTA VC) and as you find them and export them you can import some of the rarer vehicles

how do u get to do other missions, i know the obviousl ones, vigilante, fire, etc...........

For many of them, (Vigilante, Paramedic, Firefighter, Taxi Driver, Pimping, Freight train, Burglary) just get in the appropriate vehicle.

For the others, just get to the right place and you can start them.

I forgot to ask about the various stadium missions colgate.gif

i used the chopper to get to a to b, and vrockpokey for a car if i cudnt be bothered getting one, cheating yes it is, i call it saving time, i used cheats quite a bit otherwise would of taken longer than 2 wekks to complete it! most of the time, or if i had time i didnt, but saying that, i had to work just as hard and my computer crashed regularly so i spawned vehicles, so i can get it saved asap.

yeh the race challenges should be goos, but i think like most people once uve completed the game, other things are even easier, i took alot of attemps at catching lOC g and passing the flying challenge.

The only thing that dissapoints me is that garage was never repaired. that sucks, especially taking in accound how much they are chatting about it.

Yeah the garage in SF, looked NO DIFFERENT throughout the game, wtf? That really was sh*t, R* could have put more missions to do with the garage to make teh game longer/more interesting...

Allthough i have one word for you.... STUNTING.. Try it, its the best part of GTA:SA...

Obviously you don't know what you're talking about. Beat the game 100% to see everything. San Andreas is so big the missions are only a small part in some ways. It also depends on what you want. What were you expecting?
