For $50 Mil, you can bet your ass the content will remain exclusive. i don't know... i mean i know the exclusive content will stay exclusive, but it seems kinda pathetic that microsoft payed 50 mil. for that... just for the popularity of their version. and for the ones that are saying the versions won't be the same, well the next demo will be shown on the ps3, so we'll see. i believe the versions will be the same, just like R* promised. (I'm Dutch so I can read it.) They aren't saying PS3 will get the two chapters of exclusive content. They are saying that the PS3 will get all other downloadable content, whatever it is. It says (translated somewhat crudely): "The console of Microsoft gets, as it happens, two exclusive downloadbare chapters, with extra missions. These will not come as yet to the PlayStation 3 come, but all other downloadbare content to both consoles. What kind of content this exact is, has been not yet confessed, but to think perhaps nevertheless also new missions fall to new cars, new weapons, and." The key here having nothing to do with the exclusive downloadable content MS has paid for. But only all other downloadable content both systems will get. Like a unique car. That means that person cant make that exact car for someone else cause YOU payed for it and you are the only one that has the legal right for it Its the same with GTA4. Microsoft payed R* to make something for Microsoft. That downloadable content belongs to Microsoft and Sony cant use it. If Sony wants something from R* for PS3 they will have to pay for it and it wouldn't be the same as Microsoft unless they come to some kind of agreement (in which case Sony would have to buy it from Microsoft) You got it now The other content thats not included in exclusive that MS payed for will be available for both consoles though Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Since when has R* messed up any of thier multi-platform games? If anything, the 360 version has me worried. The PS3 has the power to easily handle GTA4 and the 360 simply doesn't. Don't get me wrong though, the 360 will be able to play GTA4 just fine, I'm sure. But when it comes to comparing the two, the PS3 gets my vote. They will have a tough time fitting everything onto the 360 disc as well. The only reason the PS3 version was behind was because R* had to spend a little extra time developing and integrating a special program to get it to run correctly on the PS3's special processors. The 360 doesn't use the exact same tech but the 360 has that program already integrated into its processors. Just read the quote from the MTV article when they were talking to R* about the game. The rep said that the PS3 and 360 version are neck and neck. but wats so stupid is that the 360 and ps3 both run at 3.2 ghz of power and the only difference in power is the ps3 puts out .10 of a teraflop more so i dont understand y they think the ps3 is soooo much more powerfull Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
