TheBridge Posted January 26, 2008 Share Posted January 26, 2008 I recently got the PLAY magazine over here in the UK and there are some interesting articles. One is of a secretary of the lawyer you kill in the first mission, she talks about how he crouches behind tables and targets the arms and legs of police officers as they drop to their knees and blood pours to the floor. There is also a CV for Niko stating his home address. There is a police report about Niko stealing a car, it talks about the car damage and how he escaped by getting another car. Then the most interesting part, it is a script for what could be a cut scene with the police department. He basicly says to them all that they are after Niko who is very dangerous and can drive a speed boat and pilot a helicopter. Then he says something alon the lines of this : 'we don't want him running ramped in the city, we all know what happened in the Verrcetti case back in 2003! Libity City is alot bigger than it once was so stay alert.' This is some strange info and some of these articles are set out like cut scenes. Those are the main parts. It's a parallel universe and it could have its own Tommy Vercetti. Getting really speculative, this could even be a hint what the downloadable episodic content is: a storyline set in the new Liberty City in 2003 with Tommy Vercetti as the playable character.
