It's hard to believe that these same guys made the disgrace called Kane & Lynch. ...aight game at best. Should have been much much more. I look forward to a new Hitman game. Mafia is a great game, but I would advise you to try and get it on PC. You can actually download the demo from their main website. And the GTA III series of games are always great. If any game, I would suggest Mass Effect, BioShock, Call of Duty 4, Assassin's Creed....and if you never played them, the two Max Payne games are pretty sweet. I think this game has some things in it that GTA 4 will have as well, such as the targeting system where you can aim for certain body parts. This will be even better with Euphoria. Also it has much more verticallity than Saints Row, more interactive objects than Saints Row. I think if you want to get READY for GTA4, play Crackdown. I played that game in co-op with my bro for a long time, had lots of fun. I can imagine if GTA IV is gonna have Co-op what its gonna be like, but nothing is sure about that. matt_hrkac Posted January 27, 2008 Share Posted January 27, 2008 Saints Row. Although it's been awhile ago since i finished it, it's still a great game to play. Just to mess around and have fun. I'm still very impressed with those physics and explosions and everything. I absolutely can't wait to see this in GTA IV. I just threw a grenade onto the roof of an ambulance, and the whole thing just blew apart. Man , that stuff never gets old. Also the little details,how you can shoot out traffic lights or the lights ontop of cop cars . Graphics are still very nice. But for some reason after awhile SR gets boring, i definitely didn't spend as much time on SR as with any of the GTAs. GTA's cities kind of really 'invite' you to explore around and all that...while that's definitely not the case with SR. But still, SR's a great game to play until GTA IV arrives. Anyone else still playing SR too? Are there any cool things to find, you know ,easter eggs, fun stuff? GTA was always full of this stuff. sommthing good to play until GTA IV? just go back to GTA1 and look back at how far GTA has come over the years start off playing GTA1 and work your way up to sanandreas oh and saints row gets boring after a while because it is basicly GTA from another company sanandreas will always be on top of saints row. and saints row 2 will not compair to GTA IV once its out, another words GTA IV will be the best game of the year going by what it looks like so far. In the meantime I'll mostly be playing the following: Gears of War (co-op rocks) Bioshock Unreal Tournament 3 TrackMania United I'm quite tempted by Portal (I love puzzle games) but I'm put off by STEAM.
