If you call ahead of time and say that you cant make it they will gladly hold it for you." So On April 28, you better call and tell them if your going to make it or not, they will also call you a day ahead to inform you they have the shipment on GTA IV. The game was sold out and the guy told me to wait awhile and he will sell me a pre-ordered one that hadn't been picked up. So call in or i'll get you copy!
