We still have 3 months left, and i've got other things i need to focus on; driving lessons, valentines day coming up soon, stuff like that... I can't really spare £40 right now, so I'm wondering... When will be the absolute latest to pre-order IV? In other words, if i pre-order it on the, say, 20th of April, will I still get it day one or is that cutting it too fine? Yes I have pre-ordered I have for a while now, but Grand Theft Auto IV will unlikely sell out everywhere from day one despite how popular it will be. The Special Editions though could be sold out and hard to find for awhile If you do not pre-order it. I may be wrong there but that is what I think will be the case. lee1989 Posted January 26, 2008 Share Posted January 26, 2008 To be honest, i probably wont even pre order the game, im just gonna turn up at midnight and pick it up, if there is a midnight release. i did this for halo 3, didnt need to pre-order, only to sell halo 3, 2 weeks later as it was a crock of sh*t!!! Hard to say I doubt it because you are leaving it at the last minute. If you pre-order online you will not have to worry about having to que up and to wait and see if you will get a copy. So thats basically damn close 2 half of the population around here!I looked @ the receipt,saw that number an decided 2 ask the dude if he thought i would be on the first shipment.His reply------youll be on the 2nd shipment.An that was back in september after the delay,now that alot of info has been released lately i cant even imagine how many people have pre-ordered.
