I also unintentionally completed a Unique Jump in Las Venturas while collecting a Police Bribe when doing the Vigilante Mission, you got $500 for it. It was the westbound Unique Jump just south of The Emerald Isle (where the Police Bribe is located) The Taxi missions still need to be compelted, but there's only 39 of them left to do.
