BOT Lando
Alright, I was playing Guitar Hero earlier and I found great ridicule at the massive amount of in-game advertisements. Advertisements for ACTUAL companies and brands, that is. Now, imagine if this was so in the new GTA as well. Why, we have Burger Shot, Cluckin' Bell and all those spoof things; but what if eventually all these gott scrapped, and replaced with Burger King, Taco Bell, Pepsi and whatnot. I highly doubt that they will be in this game, but it's an excellent way of earning more money. So, if GTA WAS filled with ads: What would you think? Phil112
I wouldn't mind tbh, I don't see how people get annoyed, it makes the game better, (more money to spend on making it), or cheaper. EDIT: Unless it's done too over the top.
BOT Lando
Yes, but imagine it if it WAS over the top! You'd be walking around Star Junction and literally get spammed with "I'm lovin' it"-ads and "This Is Living" hanging all over the place. I would be annoyed. Jinamo
The Guitar Hero ads doesn't bother me at all really, since the ads fits in the game. Gives it a certain sense of realism. If GTAIV manages to have ads implemented in the same way (as in; good), it won't bother me too much. But it would kinda suck if they did it, since it'd lose some of the parody we all know and love. GTA-NIKO
well i like the spoof things there funny but when actual places are put in to the place everything would change for instance because thesse are respected brands and want to be praised they wont get taking the piss out of for fear of them leaving and rockstar having to change all there scripts also they would have an influence on the servers instead of being annoyed at ppl they would say "have a nice day , plz come back , thank you for coming to burgerking" instead of "go cluck yourself , have a cluky day "

JerryBaby
If they put real advertisements in games, they should be free. But I don't think R* would even consider it, their spoof adverts are perfect.

Moth
There will be spoof ads in GTA IV and nothing is going to change that. And i hope they never have real ads casue they are not funny. Formerly known as The General
