A.Bod Posted January 26, 2008 Share Posted January 26, 2008 if you can throw people off the building i would think you would be able to too since you control yourself, and if the peds have better AI ex. they pull out umbrellas when it rains then they MAY (not ageeing or disagreeing with you) play football, frisbee in the park. Yes the Empire State Building is in the game. And as for getting to the top, either Rockstar will allow us in the front door (like the US Bank Tower and Transamerica Building in SA) or you can fly a helicopter to the top and jump off. Hmm i remember that building in Los Santos where you could enter at ground level and instantly skip to where youre at the top of the building. Yeah, I've been there before, and there is a fence, but this is a game. They don't need to have fences around the balcony. Why wouldn't it? There's no reason to think that Rockstar would put a flight limit lower then 1,472 ft when San Andreas had no flight limit at all. I never flew up that high actually. But it certainly went high enough that you couldn't see anything on the ground anymore.
