I came across many screenshots that look to be like nothing...and I mean nothing but that fluffy white stuff.....SNOW plus I saw som pedestrians swimming...nobody can deny that pic!!!!!!!!!!! I may be paranoid about tha snow but just take a looksee... Which is a bit of a downer! Still i do not see how those pictures look like snow. If R* did have it but did not want us to know, then why would every picture ( or nearly Every picture ) have snow present in it. Does no happen. That is why there is no such thing as snow in GTA IV. Also..........Everyone is saying that these are PED'S Swimming in this photo.......IT IS NOT ! Is Not PED'S Swimming....... You ever heard of Water Buoys THATS WHAT IT IS, WATER BUOYS !!!!! Can i provide proof that snow has been confirmed 2 not be included in the game....yes.... The cellphone can be used to listen to radio stations, so now you can listen to music at any time. The GTA 4 weather system does not feature seasons, and there is no snow. ^^^^^that was tookin from this sites main page,an they got it from the newest set of preveiws snow is not confirmed,,,sorry 2 burst your fantasie bubbles. There is no snow in any of those pictures, just white/grayish sidewalks. Sidewalks tend to have that color. And that first pic is in the middle of night, seen through the windshield of a car, which adds slightly white colors.
