I've seen a lot of movies where we see the bad guys firing onto the gas tank of a car making it leak and finally causing an awesome explosion if you turn the leak into fire with a lighter (not sure of correct english term for this sorry) Can cars leak fuel in GTA4 ??? They probably want have fuel, but if they do then they will probably leak fuel. Then again GTA is known to shhot at the fuel tank to blow the car up, not to make the fuel leak. You don't think runnin' out of gas during a high speed chase would make you fubar'd? It seems logical. I imagine that was one of the answers they were given.
