Str8OuttaBohan Posted January 25, 2008 Share Posted January 25, 2008 Im almost positive on wikipedia I read that catalina calls the GTA3 guy "claude" in a racing mission(which I do remember) from San Andreas. RJX74 Posted January 25, 2008 Share Posted January 25, 2008 This already has another topic http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=302256 but since im here heres my opinion GTA1s protagonist is unknown GTA2 and GTA3 have a protagonist named Claude I think R* was going for the same protagonist. But GTA2 takes place in 2013 and GTA3 Claude would be an old man by then. In the GTA2 promo movie you see Claude Speed Talking when GTA3 Claude is a mute. So they were supposed to be similar but it'd be kinda dull. Also Tommy Vercetti looks like GTA3 Claude so he could be like Claude but then over time they changed their minds. In conculsion, NO.
