Ryan
It would seem that by the error info givin that it is a problem with the vorbis.dil file. Did you download the game off the net, or did you buy it?
playersims4u
I bought it online at Direct2drive website also, does the v3.0 downgrader work,I'v heard v3.0 doesn't work with mods Edited January 25, 2008 by playersims4u
Girish
I do have mods Uninstall the game. Delete any leftover folders manually. Reinstall the game and delete the set file from the User Files folder. v3 is similar to v2. So, I guess the downgrader should work. Try it and report back. Girish
If you have a registry cleaner, clean out your registry and then try a reinstall. Also, try a video driver update.

Ryan
I think we have tryed everything posiable. I think you need to contrct the site you downloaded it from this is not a simple fix, so take the problem up with them.
playersims4u
What do you see before the crash ? Nothing, what happens is when i try to start the game the mouse load thing(blue circle)stays for 2 sec. then goes away, comes back for a sec. then says gta_sa.exe has stop working.then finds a useless solution. Iv done that to;they said this:"This is an automated response based on the ticket fields you chose when submitting your request. Please visit http://support.direct2drive.com and click on "Ticket History" to see the complete history of this support request. If you receive an error similar to d3dx9_32.dll is missing this means you need to update your DirectX. You can update this on Microsoft.com or you can search Google.com for the precise DirectX file shown in your specific case. This will lead you to the file that is missing on your computer. If your game is crashing or freezing, please make sure you have disabled any other programs. If your game is trying to activate, a firewall or router will cause it to crash. Please make sure your system meets the minimum requirements for the game as well. Finally, for expert support for your game please check the Help site offered by the game maker. Thank you " do u think that i should go to rockstar?
