So I will just wake up, get to my local Gamestop at about 8:30am, wait for my good friend Jeff(who is also the manager at this Gamestop ) to open up the store, walk in the store, and he'll give me my copy of GTA IV. Then I'll go home, eat a good breakfast, play a bit of my old games and then play GTA IV, preferably for the remainder of the day. I reserved it early, #1 on the list, luckily. #1 over here to buddy I reserved mines so long ago. I Pre ordered mine before i even got a PS3 xD before the release of europe so i think i'm guaranteed a GTA game as it's a norwegian website andall... four-two-0 Posted January 25, 2008 Share Posted January 25, 2008 I'll be driving 2 the nearest gamestop(Where i pre-ordered)an standing in the long long line awaiting 2 get one of the best games of the year imo!!I went an pre-ordered back in september an i was customer 1250,so im sure its gonna be a long wait as the guy behind the counter told me they were taking pre-orders about 6 months before september. Also when about 2-3 days after i pre-ordered i got a call,i looked on the caller i.d an it said gamestop corp. so i quickly answered only 2 hear a voice recording,i only heard up to about 3 seconds after realizing it was a voice recording,but it said something about gta4 being delayed an then i hung up.Did anyone else get this call an do you remember what all was said,was just wondering if there was anything said other than that,i wish i woulda listened 2 it all now tho!! Then I'll turn the ps3 off, then sit on the sofa, watch TV, and be on GTAforums cause I'm guessing everyone's gonna be on that day. April 29th- I wake up for school and make sure my mum KNOWS to buy gta IV for me whilst I'm at school. Or she will die. Then, on the way back I'll be so f*cking hyper people will start to hate me and I'll have no friends left. But who cares. And yeah, it's April. I'll have exams. I would have made sure my exams were done! If not f*ck them. This is the next chapter of my life, is this game. And when I get home, I'll be in utter Heaven. Wash my hands before taking out the disc, before inserting it into *No disc tray!* And then play, and f*cking play some more until I hallucinate and curl up into a ball and can't stop singing the tunes I have learnt from IV. Cause let's face it, who doesn't learn the tunes to a GTA game? Then I'll probably just mellow out the following weekend and play to my hearts content. You can ease the pain (even though Root Canals are not supposed to hurt) by playing Grand Theft Auto IV when you get home. If i'm on study leave i'll wake up and wait for it to arrive (Preordered obviously) but i'll be revising, if it's a school day i'll be at school. I will somehow obtain the game during work (I drive a van around) I could be in any part of Southern England and I'm sure to find it somewhere. Then play it. Oh okay I thought you were serious Me personally I will be listening out for the post because on the release day my Playstation 3 (Special Edition) should arrive at some point. Depending on whether I am in work or not. If I am not working I will be clued to my Playstation 3 playing Grand Theft Auto IV for most of the day no doubt. I cannot wait to play the game shame we have sometime to go before it releases. Having said that hands-on impression are due late next month.
