It makes no sense why it should take that much more time to finish the game. It should take a month tops, so we should have been able to get the game in march. ACtually man the next three months will have nothing to do with polishing out bugs. expect during the next 3 months rockstar making the millions of copies they plan to sell, aswell as printing out cover art and most importantly selling the game to retailers. That is to say... the game could be ready for release in late march/early april... but for whatever reason from a financial standpoint it'll make more sense to release it at the end of april. Tbh I wish they would just release the game at it's current stage (which seems smooth enough from the previews) and then gradually release a few patches to solve any minor bugs. adrian949 Posted January 24, 2008 Share Posted January 24, 2008 Im a lil f*cking pissed off, cause my ps3 is at home in my dad's nice home theater with all the essential HD gaming stuff, And i wont be able to play the game much because by the time of the year thats when classes start to pick up and get hard and i cant be repeatedly be coming back home each weekend cause i would f*ck up in my classes. So i would probably get 2 weekends worth of gameplay coming back home before i can really play it in the summer after the fifteenth of june when finals r done. And then i ll probably go on these forums and read about the games awesome features and other sh*t and ruin the suprise for myself. If it were to come out in march i would be able to play it all spring break but, No R* has to have the game come out on the latest time they said they would . f*ck it im just goin to forget about GTA now its just goin to piss me off, Im only goin to find out about the new game the few weekends i play it myself. (can i somehow lock this forum from myself, lol.) April 29th is basically a week or two before finals. Thanks Rockstar, just what i needed a week before finals. While I'm happy having a release date, I'm bummed that its so far away. Now that the release date is here I can't care about the game until it comes out since I have to worry about graduating college and getting a job. Dammit Rockstar why a week before finals? millions of college students everywhere will get sh*ttier grades on that every important 30-40 percent of your grade final in all their classes.
