And that yellow band on the cop's arm doesn't have to be 'spoofing' Lance Armstrong, a lot of people wear those, it's just a cultural reference, not a spoof. You should get glasses because thats clearly an arrow go look at the fullsize image and you'll see it better. Edit @gta godfather, course thats not a spoof at lance armstrong you twit loads of people wear that bracelet. Its just a reference. I just can't see it, perhaps it is there, but I don't see it. EDIT: OK, I saved the image, then previewed it and zoomed very in. I do make out a faint, little arrow. I see it, it is indeed very small and although I hate the idea of arrows returning because it's just last-gen, if they're that small, it shouldn't be much of a bother. I'm assuming they'll only show up over individuals it is your priority to kill. That is, if that is an arrow. I'm still unsure because the image is so damn blurry, but I'll take you guy's word on it. As for the small car, its called distance and perspective, and the little arrow being aiming could be very possible, might have aimed long enough for the headshot to be possible.
