This tuto isn't finish at all but, there is still many informations you might need to "get the coding started". If you have a printer I advise you to use "print this topic" forum feature and print it. It will be much easier for you to read it and you could refer to it anytime (no need for flipping from a window to another). But still remember to look at the animated images at least once.
