In GTA IV rockets won't just explode when you launch them at the floor at an angle, they will bounce off! ceedot Posted January 24, 2008 Share Posted January 24, 2008 Directly at the ground will cause an explosion, just like if you throw a stone directly at the water. The reason they don't explode, if shot at a 46 degree angle or higher, is because of the trigger at the front of the bullet, that causes the explosion to go off. Doesn't hit that = no explosion.
