SA had the LS/SF model cop car, the LV Tahoma style cop car, the police Rancher, and police bike. I expect GTAIV to have all that and more. Probably a couple of undercover ghost cars, maybe even something like the Police Cheetah in VC. Thats just regular stuff you'll see on the streets daily. Because I think that would be great in a city like NYC where there is alot of traffic and pedestrian areas... Would make getting around much faster... EDIT: Yes Lighbars are very disappointing. they look like past GTAs. Saint Row has very beautiful lightbars.
