Ray Carter Posted January 23, 2008 Share Posted January 23, 2008 2005 seems like a good spot for a PS2 GTA Game.. It would solve some mysteries that were left unanswered. Because GTAIV won't be a related story. Lets discuss some theories on what could have happened to some characters in the story. - Donald Love - Ray Machowski - Leone Family after Salvatores Death I think Donald Love went to back to Vice City after his disappearance in GTAIII. Ray Machowski said 'see you in Miami', so he went to Vice City too. I think Joey would have become the Don.. But may have lost power and turf in Liberty due to not knowing how to run a family. I think that Donald Love was just using the washroom, and when Claude went looking for him, he didn't search properly. Or perhaps, him and the Oriental Gentleman went somewhere. Probably Vice City, to start a better career. He probably wanted to take over Avery Carrington's business, since he had him killed in 1998. I think Ray Machowski stayed in Liberty City, for a little while. But, he probably later went to Vice City. I'm not sure what he wanted to be doing there, though. As for the Leone Family, it lost it's touch and lost a lot of turf in Liberty City. Either Joey or Toni became the Don. I'm guessing due to disputes and Sal's death, the Leone Family wasn't as strong as it used to be. @Bagga Rabbit: I think CJ became an older, fatter man. He probably moved to the countryside and bought a house on a farm. He lived like a cowboy for his remaining days and always kept a shotgun, just in case there were intruders lol. matt_hrkac Posted January 24, 2008 Share Posted January 24, 2008 if they are going to realese another GTA game after GTA IV they will realese it on the PS3 rather than the PS2, but a GTA game set in 2005 would be ideal but not very possible. as rockstar will be focosing on other things. I know that I wouldn’t buy it, because it wouldn’t be for PC. Now, if you tell me that you’ve got an idea for a new PC GTA game, then you’ve got my attention; until then, there’s nothing to talk about here. Gamepro.com reckons the franchise is worth $900 million (I can't access the site because of the "gaming" filters at work); hard to see them moving away from that from now on...
