Most of the members: Psycho Potato Vegas anuj gkl VideoPoker Dakin SJay Jack_Knife disco OG Brood Skins Moto KillaPenguin Mewish Rufus ChibiMAK Whoever else I left out, sorry...it's hard to remember all the names. Where the f*ck did all of them go? SJay hasn't posted since 2004, gkl since 2005, Dakin since early 2006...all these motherf*ckers just gone. I don't know if some of you are lurking about, or if you have abandoned coming altogether, but if you're still present in some fashion make yourself known. I miss 2G, and since the forum isn't around for me to ask on, I've brought it to its conceptual home here on GTAF. For those of you who aren't familiar with 2Graphik, it was an upstart group of graphics enthusiasts and some of the best artists GTAF had to offer. We had a website, a forum, and made several large group projects together. Here are both versions of the classic 2G project, Pix-Ill City: 2G: Pix-Ill City v1 2G: Pix-Ill City v2 I tried to find others but the search was more difficult than I predicted. If you weren't around for 2G, or you have nothing to contribute to discussion about it, please refrain from posting here if you please. I'm hoping to find some old 2Gers lurking about, or to revive some old memories of one of my favorite groups to ever spawn from this community. I wouldn't want this topic to go the way of so many other Gen Chat threads, and if you do it to spite me I will have your testicles removed. I remember all you guys, and although I did graphics, I never felt at the level of some of you all in my work. Unlucky for me, before my skills caught up 2G had pretty much disappeared. I don't even bother wondering into the graphic area any more other then to check out the photography topic that has seen a major drop in post since it's move there. I also remember starting a jail for the 2G pixel city. Never got to finishing it. Shame really. I stopped lurking around the 2G website after I had the feeling that I wasn't really welcome . The learning community was excellent all around, and despite the elitist attitude was really the best place for newbies to go to learn how to use photoshop outside of making signatures. We learned how to use our tools to their full potential and the camaraderie was second to none. Small enough to be personal, but talented enough to cover every aspect of the game. 2Graphik became toographik when I started using it as a networking tool (because people are idiots), but 2G is still around. It'll always be around. We had to shut down the message board because some fag reported us, but I'll put it back up soon. Might aswell reopen it and expand the learning community of the GFX section. It's dying in there, but I've brought it back from worse. It's pretty cool to have one of my first major projects (2G) be so successful for almost a half-decade before finally shutting down. I haven't spoken with him in years (which could have something to do with the fact that I started to hate using instant messengers). I met him on gtaskins.com's forums, then I started my own forums to which he was one of the four or five regulars. I think I was the one who introduced him to GTAF.
