With any alteration to the mission script, you usually have to start a new game. Alternatively: For Window Blinds users, you may have to disable it. Window Blinds sometimes causes conflict with GTAIII. Credit to Karcus for clearing up the Window Blinds solution. I think this is the problem you have. Have you modded your main.scm file? Uninstall GTAIII Delete the GTAIII Folder (located in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTAIII) Go to My Documents, then delete the folder named GTA 3 User Files. Install game Restart computer Start GTAIII, start a new game, then save now trying loading that save. BTW, you'll lose your save's doing this, before you delete the user files copy it somewhere else.
