Most likely. In one of the previews, Niko goes into a cyper cafe and you can hear and see the traffic outside. So yes.

Yes, you will be able to see and hear the outside world from interiors. Not only was it confirmed with the preview in the [email protected] cafe, but in the very first previews they said that inside Roman's taxi depot you can see and hear traffic and pedestrians going about their daily morning hustle & bustle from the windows, including sunlight streaming in through the blinds.

In GTA VC you could see out the window so I don't see why you won't do that in GTA IV. Hopefully it'll be more detailed when looking out of a window this time due to the no loading feature.

it'll probably be something like VC (without the load time) when you had that apartment in front of the beach. when you went in you could look out the window and see peds and traffic. Guess i type 2 slow thanks reincarnated kenji

Ye, it happened in Vice City in the motel.

We see heaps of see through glass in trailers and screenshots so ye. It will look really good when we get the game.
