School Buses & Schools?

It was cancelled in GTA3 because of 911 according to many sources & beta pictures, but since we're years past those tragic events & america is recovering can GTA return there dream of School buses & schools for GTA3 & bring it into IV?

The school buses, kids, and schools were removed due to Rockstar thinking there will be a lot of controversy, not 911. The full winged dodo, and Drakel were removed due to 911. They haven't put kids in games in the past, what makes you think there be kids in IV?

Driver: Parallel Lines for the PS2 had school buses, but no children in them. There shouldn't be any problem having them in IV, but without kids there is no reason for them.

There's no point for them. Basically, if a kid picks up this game and sees an adult kill a bunch of kids, especially if he does it, he will think it's right, and he will most likely do it himself.

 

What's so fun about kids in the game anyway. It's a game about murder, and survival, not tellytubbies.

Not because they have anything to do with schools, but just because of the way they look etc. So how about having some prison buses? They are virtually the same, save the color. And I don't think nearly as many people would object to prison buses as would to school buses. You could even fill them with inmates that are being transported that break lose if you abandon the bus.

Well if Hot Coffee was enough to get San An taken of the shelves for a few weeks, what will the ability to kill kids do? When this game comes out, it's going to be run through with a fine-toothed comb, by the average gamer and by assholes who want it off the game. I'm not opposed to school buses, I would love to be able to drive school buses, but what's the point of kids being in the game? R* won't be able to make a mission or anything surrounding them and will get their ass handed to them if you can kill them. All kids will do is get the game taken off shelves until R* makes a version without them.

Are we forgetting the fact that there was a school-bus lookalike ( or really a school-bus) in GTA III? Nonetheless there was also a University in GTA III and in GTA SA but they both were inaccessible.

I never said you were wrong.Im just saying what makes you so sure?In my opinion there's about equal chance that they will or will not be in IV probally a little more towards no. But the "school bus" incident with GTA3 & the peds with bookbags leads me to think that there might be at least some sort of university,school, or students of some form in the game?

I haven't seen any obviously old people. All I see in GTA is people who are more or less the same age as the protagonist and thats fine by me. Although we can't speak for R* their are obvious logical reasons why kids wouldn't be featured in the game.

Yeh I mean, just having younger looking adults with bookbags would be ok. I have always loved school buses in games, but the prison bus is a nice idea too.
