saintdave
The phone calls are just bonus material. In keeping with that level of realism congratulatory phone calls were made. These are not in reference to further or additional missions.
pdescobar
The gta games are what we like to call "sandbox" games. They're like playing in a sandbox: you can do pretty much whatever you want that you think is fun and don't have to simply do the missions and be done with it. If you have completed the storyline and gotten those phone calls, then you are done with the main missions in the game, but as long as you enjoy playing you are far from truly finished. What you do now depends on what you find fun. Here are some examples: You can do any of the optional missions that you skipped. You can do or redo things like the stadium missions or street races. If you didn't get 100% completion, you can go do remaining stuff there such as collecting packages, completing rampages, doing unique jumps, etc. You can just grab a bike and speed around doing stunts. You can armor up and grab some guns, create some havoc and see how long you can outlast the police/fbi/army. You can check the pinned topic and go visit some of the "Easter Eggs." You can also restart the game and go through the missions again. Maybe to try different strategies or perhaps to try and collect some of the special "proofed" vehicles, etc. EDIT: Oh, and you can also try your hand at modding the game; just remember to make backups of any files before you change them.
