I've seen Mananas outside of missions in San Andreas though. They are VERY rare. Best vehicle in any GTA game is the Kuruma. Best vehicle ever. The Moonbeam is a vehicle for the Family, or people that just have NO taste in vehicles(Goes back into Esperanto), NOW THERES taste. EDIT*: Manana, Just because Relient K's are uber un-releiable.
