Wearing, I think, like a tan coat and black turtle neck. He sounds somewhat like the actor Peter Riegert - who played the town councilman in the Sopranos. Will look through the trailer to spot the time he appears. At about 1:38 in trailer 3, he is a grey haired guy with a brown sport coat and a black shirt.
