I've managed to get a hold of it through some questionable methods, kickass documentary is all i can say.

How many times do we have to discuss Johnny Rotten and/or The Sex Pistols? They were a commercial band created to commercialize punk. You're really that shocked that Johnny Rotten is doing an advert for butter? What about all the other commercials he's done? Or his stint on I'm A Celebrity? I don't think this really came as a shock to anyone who knew him as anything more than "the singer of The Sex Pistols."

Seeing that video of the Adicts makes me wish they'd do a US tour. I'd drive all the way to New York to see 'em if I had to. They're probably the only band on my "must see before I die" list. All time favorite band right there.

Rebellion is The Adicts only UK tour date in 2009, don't know about US though.

Yeah, 2005, and at the time I was 15 and they closest they came to me (I'm in VA) was North Carolina. Of course, now that I can drive I'd be able to make it to a show in another state.

 

I've been checking their tour dates every few months for the last couple years, and it seems that they almost never play shows outside of Southern California or the UK. They're doing a European tour this year though.

Not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere in gtaf but Lux Interior of The Cramps died in California aged 62 on Feb 5th. Anyone who spends any time in this topic who doesn't know of The Cramps should check out their music.

I think it was mentioned a few posts back, I can't remember how long ago exactly. Have they released an official statement as to the cause of his death? I was under the assumption that it was some sort of preexisting heart condition that killed him off, though I'm not to sure on that one.

@ass reamer: Crossover is actually considered one of the best crossover albums made, and DRI is listed as one of the most influential hardcore/thrash crossover. But yeah their third album is way different from Dirty Rotten EP, and Dealing with it.

Propagandhi are playing in my hometown this Saturday. But as always, it's over 18.

 

I'm starting to get really pissed off at that rule. I've missed a countless number of bands that have come through Australia all because I haven't been living on earth for a certain amount of years.

just to let you two know Channel 3, and Agnostic Front are going to try to play mostly sh*t whenever they went metal.

 

Channel 3 played here not too long ago, and all they played was sh*t from their metal years, then they bitched at the crowd for wanting them to play some of their hardcore sh*t.

Propagandhi are playing in my hometown this Saturday. But as always, it's over 18.

 

I'm seeing Propagandhi in a few weeks. It's all ages in my city. I've never been more excited to see a show, as I've taken a massive liking to their music recently. I'm still pretty new to this kind of music and I'm going with some people who have been into this scene for most of their lives so I have no idea what to expect. Anyone ever seen them live?
