But there are long stretches without any decent targets. Riding the trams is fun, as is riding any other car. You can shoot at a lot of people from there. If you get on top of your Doherty Garage, and walk into like the 'V' shape between the two roofs, Helicopters seem to just fly away :\. Plus you can just kill the FBI or whatever whilst up there, With exception to the officers that go under the garage (Where the save icon is). zmoonchild Posted January 20, 2008 Share Posted January 20, 2008 (edited) The best place that I know of to remain in the same location and not have the cops get near you, but at the same time try as hard as they can to get you, is the stadium in Foster Valley, San Fierro. It’s a location that I discovered when going into San Fierro while it’s still locked, and getting a 4-Star Wanted Level as a result. You can stand there forever and they’ll never get to you, ever, but Police Mavericks never seem to appear when I'm there. I took those pictures with NO CHEATS and no mods. It's a legitimate game. RidingHigh Posted January 23, 2008 Share Posted January 23, 2008 Walk inside of a Pay 'n Spray or mod garage, when you're inside no police will try to attack you, they just walk around aimlessly and you can pop them off without a single worry. No police cars will come when you're inside the garage, only cops on foot spawn. And if you killed everyone in site, you can step just outside the door and they will come after you again, then take a step back into the garage and they go back to wandering around, not taking any notice of you.
