Making the player sit on objects?

I believe this feature is in VC XXL. With a key combo, you can make Tommy sit on surfaces such as chairs. And in this pic for a different mod, he's sitting on the back of a Caddy!

I know this is done via script editing...and I'm not a very good coder. Is there a released script, or maybe some code I can have inserted into my script to allow this?
