Yes, I have a downloaded version of the game I didn't buy it. Every now and then when zone in and out of a building or save I get this crackling sound problem and can't find out how to fix it. Ray Carter Posted January 18, 2008 Share Posted January 18, 2008 I know sometimes the Police Radio chatter can keep playing/glitch whenever you have a wanted lvl.. Like constant static after a message. Maybe the cackling sound is the Police Chatter trying to be played but it doesn't exist.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You were lucky to solve your problem but next time, you won't get any assistance since warez is prohibited on GTAF. @Terminator-UK: You are supposed to report warez topics.
