FatLouie Posted January 17, 2008 Share Posted January 17, 2008 If you recall, in GTA:SA there was a cheat called "Chaos Mode". In previous Grand Theft Auto games before SA the riots were just pedestrians going crazy and fighting eachother. In San Andreas they increased the Riot detail by letting the peds loot T.V's and radios. They also added smoke effects coming from buildings. Riots were always a fun code to play but I hope they take them one step further in GTA IV. I wanna see: * Packs of pedestrians trying to tip cars over. * Actually getting to see peds break into store windows and loot. * A heavy presence of Riot police who carry shields, beanbag guns, and tear gas. * Protesters. (haha fun to kill) * Pedestrians who throw Beer bottles, rocks, chairs, etc. * Radio stations announcing the "riot" Now for those of you who are against the use of cheats: your missing out. Im definantly going to beat the game the first without using cheats. Do any of you guys also take enjoyment out of watching riots break out? Lakers had won/lost (i forgot, i was like 6-7) and the people was so happy/mad and started a riot! With lots of squealing tires, starting fires and so much more. I would also like if you could start a riot on ponyfarm like police officer shot dead an innocent ped and then the district errupts into a riot . Maybe not rocket launched in GTA IV, because it is going to just get a hand gun lol. There might not even be rocket launchers that you can just carry around. Sweet man, that would be the ultimate in ponyfarming deatail and interactivity. I would be happy if you set up a fight between cops and some mobsters which elscilates into a full-blown shootout. Not knowing SA was going to riot and seeing it happened blew me away. Well, I wasnt blown away, but I was pretty stoked. I think watching them burn to a crisp is much more satisfying. Hearing the screams of the innocent, screaming, and screaming, and screaming and screaming. ONTOPIC- I dont think theyll do riot because the riots in SA where inspired by the real LA riots.So i think itll be more likely a blackout like the NY blackout.
