swolo yaggins
not yet. supposedly tomorrow I'm getting a '94 Explorer Eddie Bauer 4dr. I was supposed to get it today but the dealer found a tear in the leather seats so he's repairing it. Or repaired it. Dunno. Anyways, it's red. And it has leather seats. And I think it's 4WD. That's all the info I have, but more on that later. o ya, it has 77k miles. $17F*CKING50! pretty cheap. EH! THIS SPACES IS RESERVE FOR PIX. 5192:12.3.02LM/SSHmkl
Guybrush Threepwood
The Eddie Bauer... indestructibly cool. Grats on a fun car -edit: don't maul people with the car, it would most likely hurt.

lurchseesu420
I had a few friends die in an Eddie Bauer 4 door 4wd Ford Explorer back in July. The roof caved down on top of the passanger and the shoved the engine back which shoved the dash into his knees. Both died instantly from broken necks from the impact of the crash. All fun stuff really. Don't let it happen to you.

Picolini
Not a fan of SUV's really... $1750 isn't too bad though, but it is a 94. 14 years old... how many miles on it?
lurchseesu420
Why a SUV? My guess is that he wants bad gas mileage and unusable cargo space all in one vechicle. Seriously get a pickup. Something that's actually useful.
Soldier
Well I sure hope that thing doesnt have the 4.0 v6 in it b/c I had a ranger with one and it drinks gas like nothing iver ever seen. I mean like 10 mpg.

How exactly is 10 mpg GREAT gas mileage. And $1750 isn't exactly cheap for a 15 year old ranger, even if it only has 77,000 miles. Glad that youre parents will be the ones getting f*cked in the ass on this deal and not me. And 36"s of an IFS front end is always a great idea. p.s. It's a known fact that I am, in fact, an intellectual. Edited January 18, 2008 by lurchseesu420

Golfo. @lurch; well, that's something funny. an intellectual that doesn't know how to read. i said great mileage, as in the miles it has on the engine. not how many miles it gets to the gallon. $1750 is a pretty good f*cking deal on a car that has averaged less than 5,000 miles a year, is in nearly perfect condition (inside and out) and has a value of $4,000. Oh, and just so you know, I'm paying for it out of pocket. My parents, or lack there-of, aren't paying jack sh*t. Anyways, in short, GTFO. -- it's in the driveway. pix in the morning. yeee 5192:12.3.02LM/SSHmkl
BCspeed34
Wow, nice catch man. Watch out though, my Explorer, which was the same year, which was also red, also 4x4, and also with leather seats (but not an Eddie) caught fire randomly in the night 2 years ago. I got $4250 off of it though from insurance ________________________________________ 専車SODO-MOTO International Vehicle Importers

Seriously, why are you getting so bent out shape because someone you don't know is made a sarcastic comment about your car. Why even take the time to respond to me at all? Just take a chill pill. By making the topic, you should expect people to joke around about it. And when you buy an SUV, it's bound to happen even more so. So don't get all bent out of shape just because I make a joke about the thing getting bad gas mileage and having unusable cargo space compared to ranger. Just take it and move on. Because in the end, are you really gonna listen to someone that you've never met or even talked to online?
