But then a couple of weeks ago i was to lazy to go to Mr.Sub ( A canadian version of Subway.) So i order a chicken sub with lettuce tomatoes, hot peppers, Jalapeños cheese, and hot sauce. I was seriously surprised at how easy some of the math questions they asked me were, it was like stuff I could've done in 5th grade. (Example: 47-49=?) And my local Subway seems pretty fresh, the way they make it in front of you is pretty cool. The only sandwich I'd ever buy from Publix are their Cuban sandwiches, everything else seems too bland. Subway is quite good as well, though I don't go there much. Their meatball and teriyaki chicken subs are killer though. Quiznos is the god among sub shops. Two, how do you have a toasted sandwich which has "cold parts?" That makes absolutely no sense. And finally, if you're going to defend your restaurant, at least learn how to spell its name. Subway's not bad, but they barely ever get my order just the way I like it. Roast beef with lettuce on mayonaise on wheat. But it either has too much roast beef/not enough, or too much mayonaise/not enough. I had one last night, and it had about ten peices of roast beef and two squirts of mayo. I ended up just taking off the roast beef and eating it seperately. But when they get my order just the way I like it, my tastebuds have an orgasm. Not just sh*t like 10p off when you spend a fiver, I mean sub meal deals for 2 quid. I remember when he still worked there we used to save a sh*t load of money with his discount and my vouchers, and then we'd sit in his car eating subs while listening to Rage Against The Machine before college. Where did that come from? Bottom line is, Subway is great, sober or sloshed. It's far better than the shizzle they pump in you at McDonalds. I'll be honest: I am f*cking hooked. Their subs are AMAZING, and that's just the turkey/cheese mayonaisse/mustard sub I'm talking about, I havent even tried the Italian or Roast Beef or Grilled Chicken subs yet. Toasted with Swiss cheese, sprinkled cheese, olives, onions and Ranch sauce. Well that's what i get at subway, or i get the BMT. But that's gross that the turkey is a little red. Digïtál £vîl Posted February 5, 2008 Share Posted February 5, 2008 (edited) Speaking of subs, I just went and got Subway myself. Got the Italian BMT with Honey mustard. Like the sweet taste it has. Plus, I saved an extra dollar off for a college discount, so I saved over 3 dollars more than if I were to go to Quiznos. Sure you may like the taste better of Quiznos, but the quantity provided really is not that much different. Unless you take all the extra toppings they provide and pile it on on your own (which I do, to make it worth my money).
