GTA Beta
I know i may get flamed for this but this is a short story on Nirvana's performance on MTV Unplugged show told through Kurt's point of view ***************************************** With the conclusion of All Apologies the crowd began to cheer loudly. But then again this wasn't the first time this had happened. It happened at every concert that we did. I look behind me and i see Krist and Dave ready to do the next song. Putting my mouth up to the microphone and say "This is a song that was originally done by our favorite band" With this Krist says "I like that time at the concert where the lead guitarist comes flying in on the cable with his guitar" And i answer with a simple "Yep" and i start to strum and pick out the opening notes of the song. It takes a couple of seconds before i start to sing, the lyrics i know by heart and also from all the home demos and practices we did for this show and for fun "My girl, my girl don't lie to me tell me where did you sleep last night?" The crowd falls silent to listen to the heartbreak song and i see a couple of tears start to come out of some eyes in the audience. "In the pines, in the pines where the sun don't ever shine i will siver the whole night through" The song almost sounds like what gonna happen to Courtney and me after our divorce. "Her husband was a hard working just about a mile from here. His head was found in a driving wheel, but his body never was found!" MORE COMING SOON!
