skipping intro and some modding questions

How can we skip the Intro screen (the nvidia one)?

Moreover where can I get a step-by-step guide to mod GTA SA cars? All the tutorials on this site dont offer the basics. They directly start off somewhere taking into consideration that the viewer already knows something about modding.

 

For ex, I tried to edit the Bravura model in 3Ds max9 sing Kams script but its dff is actually the damaged model. So I have no inkling as to where I can get the original model. And there si no tutorial which explains modding of cars in blender/3Ds max (I prefer blender because its easier)

The model is the damaged model, normal model, and lod model, it's all there.

 

Not sure how to skip the nvidia screen.

To eliminate the NVIDIA screens I use either one of two SCM hooks. The original hook coding is by OP9080 and his release is here:

It includes a keypress option to transport to Liberty City and back, and also features gameplay option of fullscreen or in window mode.

 

The other SCM hook option is based off the code by OP9080 and is by CEEDJ:

It allows you to choose between all in game characters to replace CJ.

 

 

They both have an exe file that you click on to start your game (without NVIDIA and R* screens) and thats it.

Thank you for your reply. It helped me.

 

I tried to edit the Bravura model in 3Ds max and shifted its petrol cap just for testing. I must have used the exporting options wrongly cus the game crashed. I did nothing other than shifting the petrol cap.
